Don't
  • Rotate, skew, or distort the logo
  • Change the gradient colors or direction
  • Add drop shadows, outlines, or glow effects
  • Place on busy photography without an overlay
  • Rearrange the icon and wordmark

Voice & Tone

How SysOps communicates — across the website, reports, and client conversations.

Direct

"Two curl commands. Full S3 access."

Lead with the fact. No preamble, no filler. If it can be said in fewer words, use fewer words.

Technical but accessible

"BOLA/IDOR detection, broken authentication, rate limiting bypasses."

Use real technical terms. Don't water down for marketing. But always explain impact in plain language alongside.

Honest

"No polished theory, just honest lessons from the field."

Admit failures, show real findings, document what actually happened. Credibility comes from transparency.

Confident, not arrogant

"We've seen what breaks and know how to prevent it."

State capability clearly. No superlatives ("best in class", "world-leading"). Let results and case studies speak.

Avoid

  • "Cutting-edge" — vague, overused
  • "Synergy", "leverage", "paradigm" — corporate fluff
  • "We're passionate about..." — show, don't tell
  • Exclamation marks — one per page maximum
  • Buzzword stacking — "AI-powered cloud-native zero-trust" says nothing
